This is the video being talked about/viewed all over the internet these days…
Lin Yu Chun, 23, a contestant on the Taiwanese talent show Super Star Avenue, sang Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You.” Umm…CRAZY GOOD. It’s pretty ridiculous how he can hit those high notes/falsetto and he was pretty much pitch-perfect the whole song. Not to sound mean, but looking at him you would NEVER think THAT voice would come out of him. Can’t believe it’s really him singing actually. Pretty awesome.
If he wins the competition, he will win $1 million and an opportunity to record an album.
BTW, can you BELIEVE this guy is 23 years old?! Man, when I first watched I literally thought he was like 12 years old. :-p

I did listen to this video earlier today. Not only would you not believe that voice came out of him, but you might even think it was a “her” that was singing. His voice is amazing, but a little strange if you look at him singing the whole time. Yes, he looks VERY young. Don’t know if he’s truly singing falsetto or his voice is just high…a high alto? Kristen…do you know the range for altos?
BTW Erin, waiting for an Ugly Betty review! I told you! I’ll comment on your Betty review.

Yeah, it’s a BIT odd. But for some reason, with this guy, I don’t feel it’s AS weird as other guys with high voices. I do wonder what his SPEAKING voice sounds like…
Ugly Betty is on its way…
