Kacie B., the Top 4 finalist of “The Bachelor” this season was a guest on the Ellen Show. You can tell Kacie is still quite hurt, and as usual, the conversation basically revolved around Courtney.
They showed a clip from the “Women Tell All” episode, which airs Monday…and OMG! Courtney’s going to be on the episode! They have NEVER had the Top 2 women on the WTA! Must be because Courtney is so controversial. While she MAY be doing the show just to impress Ben, I do give her credit for doing it. I mean…We ALL know that she’s “gonna get it” from the girls. Should be interesting to watch how she handles it all.
Can’t wait!
Quite a drama-filled episode tonight…
Emily’s date was quite a daring one. Climbing to the top of the Bay Bridge…Wow! Poor Emily tho…to do something so dangerous like that while knowing that she is afraid of heights! I do like Emily tho. She seems very real and normal. It was funny when he admitted that she is probably smarter than he is. It’s probably true. She was worth keeping.
Brittney leaving was…noble. I admired her for not being selfish & pulling out before her one-on-one date. She totally could’ve taken the date just to SEE what it was like. But she didn’t. To be honest, it probably wasn’t totally Brittney’s decision to do this show in the first place…it was her grandmother’s. So she probably wasn’t totally into it to begin with.
You figure it’s gotta be a LITTLE hurtful to be sorta “sloppy seconds” with the date. Altho I’m sure she would’ve gotten one next week anyway. In the first episode, I already wasn’t too sure how I felt about Lindzi. Now I know. She’s kind of annoying. She’s almost TOO peppy. I mean, it’s great she’s excited for the date and all…You want a girl who WANTS to be there. But she’s too much for me.
Talk about DRAMA. The return of Shawntel! In the previews, they eluded to a returning girl. I thought it was an old girlfriend of Ben’s. Not someone froma previous season! When they first showed Shawntel, I was like…WHICH SEASON was she from?! Brad’s season! Wow. Didn’t expect that. I really liked her on Brad’s season…the only thing that was weird with her was her profession — funeral director. Anyway, the biggest question with Shawntel for me was…DID SHE & BEN HAVE ANY RELATIONS? They made reference to the fact that they’ve talked before, so they must’ve at least met at one of the Bachelor/Bachelorette reunion get-togethers. But I’m guessing they never actually dated.
Man, that was pretty gutsy of Shawntel to come back. Obviously she KNEW how the other girls were going to react. Honestly, I really didn’t think her returning was THAT big of a deal.
Obviously she’s a MAJOR THREAT to the other girls, but she’s just as much of a threat as they all are to each other. Eh. The girls made it so dramatic the way they reacted. So annoying. They should just be CONFIDENT in themselves and their relationships with Ben. No matter who comes in. Altho seeing the way Ben reacted to Shawntel, guess I don’t quite blame them either. You could tell he was LOVING it that Shawntel would come back and surprise him like that. He seems SO flattered and you could tell he was attracted to her. He kept saying how she totally matches what he wants.
While the girls totally talking trash about Shawntel was annoying, Erika’s little meltdown was RIDICULOUS. I mean…you’ve known this guy for what…a few weeks?! COME ON! To faint and have a panic attack…all because of Shawntel returning?! Give me a break.
Ben’s decision to not give that last rose away…I kinda agree with Shawntel. I think he TOTALLY wanted to keep her, but if he did, ALL of the remaining girls would HATE HIM. And altho he wanted to give her a shot, keeping Shawntel isn’t worth risking the rest of the girls. I personally think if he really thought she was a “potential,” he should’ve kept her.
Oh, and while Courtney won some points with me last week, this week she kinda went back down a bit. She’s definitely not a girl that other girls will like…and she’s very upfront with how she feels about the other girls. On one hand, who really cares what the other girls think, but on the other hand, I don’t think Ben would want to be with a girl who other girls can’t respect, even if she is so great when she’s with him. When she said “see ya” to Shawntel when she was being escorted out by Ben…that was pretty irritating. Showed a bit of her true colors.
The first dates this week! Have a few opinions about some of these girls:
To be honest, Kacie B. didn’t stand out to me at all last week. So I was pleasantly surprised to get to know her on the first one-on-one date! She’s really sweet & cute! She seems very REAL and so down-to-earth! Things seemed pretty natural between the two of them. Their date was also very NORMAL…they did “typical” things. So cute when they bought the candy & lunchbox! Then when she showed him the baton twirling…! Awesome! But of course the best part was the slideshow! Too cute! And geez…the first tears of the season ALREADY?! Seeing Ben with his dad. Very sweet. Kacie was really lucky that she got to share that moment with Ben. That’s BIG.
So last week I totally pegged Courtney as the “hated one” this season. But lo & behold…another woman has taken that title this week! Blakeley is…SOMETHING ELSE. She’s that typical girl who doesn’t care about any of the other girls, and all the girls hate. She is so bold…and the way she dresses…showing off her boobs ALL THE TIME. Ugh. But…it worked! Ben gave her the rose on the group date! Talk about the WORST decision! The time that she and Ben had together…they didn’t talk about ANYTHING. It was basically just MAKING OUT! Come on Ben!
I felt really bad for Jennifer. She had a GREAT one-on-one time with Ben…only to see him making out with Blakeley minutes later! I really liked Jen! She was cute! Another “real” girl! I thought Ben was going to give HER the rose…but Blakeley “worked her magic” and ended up getting it. Argh! I hope Ben doesn’t forget about Jennifer! So far, she’s worth keeping around!
Oh Jenna…she’s too much of a basketcase. Last week my first impression of her was pretty good. UNTIL she got all bent out of shape about Monica. She’s too emotional! This week when she was trying to explain to Ben about why she was uncomfortable (“I’m like a guy…”)…that was odd. Didn’t come out how she wanted it to, I bet. Probably turned him off. I’m sure Jenna is a decent person inside…she’s just a bit too messed up to be on a show with a format like this. Too many other girls that are making her EVEN MORE/TOO insecure! She needs to meet a guy the “normal” way.
*CELEB LOOK-ALIKE ALERT* — Don’t you think Jenna kinda reminds of Jennifer Love Hewitt? She does to me, for some reason. In certain instances and angles.
Courtney was the biggest surprise for me. Last week it was all about how FULL OF HERSELF she was. This week I didn’t feel it hardly at all. The way she was on her date…she was a TOTALLY different person. She seemed so normal and actually kinda real. Last week I didn’t feel like she even cared that much about getting to know Ben, but this week on their date…I felt a lot of interest. She listened well and asked him questions. And when he asked her about why she’s still single…her answer surprised me. I gotta say, she kinda changed my opinion of her. In a way, I think she probably is the perfect example of MOST models — They seem SO perfect and SO confident…but she actually isn’t. She just wants to find a good guy. Yes, after she got the rose on the date, she did gloat a LITTLE, but…she’s allowed. I am still a BIT skeptical about her intentions/who she really is, but…gotta give her credit for NOT hogging time with Ben during the rose ceremony cocktail party. Unlike Blakeley. That says a lot about Courtney. My opinion of her has definitely gone up.
FINALLY the season has come to an end. While this season was SO much more dramatic than last season, I have to admit I was waiting for it to be over. With all the personalities on this season, I think my tolerance was tested a lot more this time around. Just some thoughts on the finale:
Wow. I didn’t even realize that this is the 2nd to the last episode already! That was fast! Just some quick thoughts:
Finale next week…Rooting for Ella & Kirk. Kinda looking forward to seeing all the previous booted people too.
This show is just getting MORE dramatic by the week! And Jake’s not even there anymore (which I thought would really be more dramatic than it actually was)!
Thoughts about this week:
This was a pretty big episode…just because of the outcome.
Some thoughts:
I have to say I was kinda sad to see Jake go. Mainly because Jake leaving meant that Kasey WON. Ugh. Talk about adding even MORE to his ego (how can there be any room left?!)! While Jake may have been just playing the game the whole time…he did make for interesting TV! Now it’s just the “Vienna & Kasey show.” Bleh.

I can’t believe it’s been only a week since the premiere episode! For some reason, it feels a lot longer. Weird.
Anyway, my thoughts on this week:
SEASON FINALE:
I know I’ve said this before, but I think this time is true…Talk about the MOST ANTICLIMACTIC FINAL ROSE CEREMONY EVER. Seriously. Geez.
I mean, they totally tried to throw us off with the whole sister bashing scene…and it SORTA worked. They’ve been showing that commercial about it for a while now, so it wasn’t suprising that Ashley’s sister Chrystie was bashing JP. It was a bit surprising, but, in my opinion, totally understandable. When JP first met the family, and Chrystie asked Ashley if JP made her laugh…and Ashley kinda hesitated and said that she makes herself laugh. That was AWKWARD. And you could tell Ashley’s answer really bothered JP. I do admit Chrystie COULD’VE been a BIT more tactful with her opinion about JP, but on the other hand, Ashley’s family only had a VERY LIMITED amount of time with JP. If Chrystie didn’t feel right about him for some reason, she had to say it then. That was their only chance! And you could tell Chrystie’s opinion DEFINITELY MATTERED to Ashley. I’m sure it devastated her to know that her sister didn’t approve, but maybe it was a good thing…it made her really examine her relationship with JP and whether or not it REALLY was THE RIGHT THING.
As for the results, I REALLY FELT BAD for Ben. Poor guy. You could tell throughout this whole season that it was NOT easy for him to open up and really let himself fall head over heels in love like he did. So he was SO CONFIDENT going in to that final rose ceremony that of COURSE he was going to propose. The part that was SO ANNOYING was how Ashley just LET HIM humiliate himself by first of all talking/making his speech first (while KNOWING she was going to dump him), then allowing him to GET DOWN ON ONE KNEE to propose. Then Ashley just STOOD THERE while he was awaiting her answer! COME ON! She should’ve STOPPED him as soon as he started talking! WTH?!
Ben’s reaction to be rejected was a BIT surprising. Mainly because I didn’t think he had it in him to get THAT MAD. Yet I was glad he got mad…because it was such a REAL reaction, and totally understandable. The guy was flat out rejected WHILE on one knee!
I seriously don’t think I’ve seen another bachelor on The Bachelorette get THAT mad after getting rejected. I’ve seen girls on The Bachelor get pretty upset, but I don’t think I remember another guy get that mad. Wow, when he just walked away from her after she rejected him. That was pretty brutal. Then he basically cut her off when she was trying to explain, and I was happy when he said “I really don’t need you to sugarcoat it.“ Which is TOTALLY TRUE! Ashley was being annoying trying to say all those nice things about him when she already dumped him.
AFTER THE FINAL ROSE:
I’m still not a fan of JP. Still hate how he acted like such a spoiled brat/sore loser during the seaon, yet still got his way ’cause he won the whole thing! Ugh! Rewarded for bad behavior!
But right now he and Ashley SURE seem to be TOTALLY in love with each other. Ashley was never my favorite either, so maybe they were meant to be. Glad to see that Ben seems to be a bit recovered from everything. He really won me over in the season finale, but I don’t think he’d be a good choice for the next Bachelor. He’s kinda too serious/closed off to be “the guy.” I hope he finds someone tho…and I’m sure he will.
Will Ashley & JP last? They seem unbreakable right now…but so do ALL the couples right after the finale (except maybe Brad & Emily
). Give it time. I don’t think they’ll last personally…but who knows. Maybe they’ll prove me wrong?
Fiji…which is very similar to Hawaii. Just some quick comments:
RYAN: Ryan returns?! Really? Since I didn’t watch the ENTIRE season, maybe that’s why…but I really never thought Ryan was a frontrunner to win this whole thing AT ALL. He’s still a bit ooji to me. Like when he smiles, it’s such a bit smile…seems kind of fake to me. Sorry. I thought it was a bit much that he came back and pleaded his case. It’s been a couple of weeks now since he was booted right? Seemed almost too late already…forgot about him. Eh. Not very dramatic, imo.
CONSTANTINE: I felt bad for him (prolly ’cause he was my favorite
) because he basically had to leave because he didn’t move as fast as the other two. You could tell he really did like Ashley…and in his mind he pretty much was laying it all out there…so really, what more could he do? What he WAS giving obviously wasn’t enough for Ashley, so even if he stayed he wouldn’t have gotten the rose anyway. Too bad. He seems like a great guy. It’s weird to me because Ashley kept eluding to the fact that IF he actually did get to the same level as the other two, she may have kept him. But really…WOULD SHE HAVE? I don’t think so. I’m SURE she felt more for the other two anyway, so why even bring up the fact that he didn’t get there. If she REALLY felt something for him, I don’t think she could just LET HIM GO like that. So obviously he wasn’t in the running anyway. It was weird to me. He’s better off. Go find someone better C…
BEN: I personally still don’t quite see them as the perfect match, but she does seem pretty into him. I think he’s still too serious. And he’s missing something, imo…altho he seems like a nice guy.
JP: Umm…can Ashley just run away with JP already?! No need for a final rose ceremony already. It’s kind of annoying actually. What irritates me is that JP’s pretty much been a frontrunner since the beginning, but it still annoys me that he was so IMMATURE the other week when he couldn’t deal with her dating the other guys…and yet he’s basically got it in the bag now and won’t ever have to feel the rejection or hurt AT ALL. I KNOW that they really have a connection, and in a normal situation he wouldn’t have to deal with other guys dating his girl, but…this ISN’T a normal situation, so he should be MAN ENOUGH and MATURE ENOUGH to suck it up when other guys talk about their time with Ashley. Simple as that. But whatever. Ashley’s still not my favorite to begin with, so if they end up together…Good for them. Go off and be happy together. Eh.
Just some quick comments about the hometown dates:
CONSTANTINE: He’s my favorite guy right now. There’s something about him that’s very attractive to me. Even WITH the long hair.
And his family? Can you say My Big Fat Greek Wedding?! They were pretty awesome…especially when his extended family came over and they did the whole greek dancing, etc. Loved that. His sister is really pretty, his dad is cute, and altho his mom seemed a bit critical, she totally means well. You can tell how much his family means to him. Kinda loved seeing him in his element at his restaurant too.
AMES: Ames’ family kinda matched what I thought they’d be like. Altho they were all very welcoming and very nice…it was a different feel being around them. There definitely was a bit more of a “refinement” with his family. Altho I didn’t feel they were at ALL snobby. His sister was very opinionated…and you can tell she really cares about Ames and wanted him to be able to put his best foot forward with Ashley, especially knowing that Ames’ relationship with Ashley was moving the slowest. Gotta step it up guy!
BEN: For me, Ben’s hometown date was the most awkward. Probably because he seemed the most nervous about it. His sister is definitely VERY protective of him, which is understandable. The scene with him and his mom was a bit uncomfortable, mainly because it was almost like they were mending fences about stuff that happened a long time ago, when they should’ve been discussing Ashley. When he apologized to his mom for things that happened when his dad passed…that felt a little out of place. So they didn’t seem to have quite the close relationship you would think they would’ve had. Ben’s a nice guy, but I feel he’s too serious or something…
JP: I do think Ashley is the MOST comfortable with JP. They just seem to mesh well together. The roller skating idea was quite cute. Very fun yet romantic in a cute way. His family was very protective as well, and his mother was very straight forward with Ashley, which was good. I personally still don’t love JP, but he and Ashley do seem to have a connection that she doesn’t have with the other guys.
ELIMINATION: There really wasn’t much of a surprise there. The relationship Ashley had with Ames just didn’t have that same spark like the other 3. Ames really is a great catch…and he seemed really into Ashley…but the spark just didn’t ignite fast enough, unfortunately. But Ames won’t have to worry…he’ll find someone (and based on things I’ve read, he already has in Jackie from Brad’s redux season) no problem.
If I had to predict, my Top 2 would be JP and Constantine. The previews make it seem like JP might be having a problem, but…based on all the predictions I’ve heard, I’m guessing those previews are there just to throw us off.
Fiji next week…and overnight dates. ‘Til then…
Next episode are the hometown dates, so it was a big week for Ashley. Just a few thoughts:
RYAN: OK, I am SO FINE with him being booted…and booted EARLY on top of that. There’s just something about him that was hard to take for me. He just was TOO PEPPY AND HAPPY that it almost seemed fake. I can see why Ashley just couldn’t quite FEEL something for him. I’m SURE he’s a nice guy and all…but he’s a bit too much. Then after he got booted, and he did the whole “walk around town” and broke down…that was WAY dramatic and OVER THE TOP imo. Obviously he was devastated, but as he ALWAYS IS, it was TOO MUCH.
CONSTANTINE: I really like him! He’s got this sweetness about him…and I like that he’s pretty mellow. The best thing about him, for me, is that he’s so REAL and NORMAL. He’s got a lot against him because he’s the FARTHEST from falling in love with Ashley. That’ll definitely hurt him a bit. He is taking a lot longer to fall for her, but I think it’s because he’s trying to treat this like a REAL relationship. Which I love about him. And I’m actually surprised, but I actually think he’s quite attractive. Those who know me KNOW that I DO NOT like that long hair thing on guys, but on Constantine…it really works. I’m kinda rooting for him.
BEN: I don’t feel like Ben’s as attractive, yet I think Ashley has more chemistry with him than Constantine. Altho maybe it’s because Constantine has made it clear he’s NOT QUITE THERE yet as far as his feelings. Ben’s obviously fallen a bit harder already. He seems like a good guy too, but somehow isn’t as appealing as C for me.
JP: I gotta say…he really irritated me in this episode. The way he was acting…with all the jealousy. It was ANNOYING. Yes he really feels something for Ashley and can’t stand to see her with other guys. So do pretty much ALL the other guys. And do any of THEM act like a LITTLE BOY and pout about it?! NO! They TAKE IT LIKE A MAN. And HELLO…you’re on THE BACHELORETTE. What did you expect?! You KNOW she’s going on dates with other guys. He was acting like a spoiled brat. What irritated me the most was when finally he got one-on-one time with Ashley and he basically pouted and whined about how he felt so jealous about the other guys…and what does Ashley do?! She GIVES HIM THE ROSE. Ugh. That was basically validating his behavior, which IRKED THE HECK out of me. I KNOW that the rumor is that JP wins this whole thing…and based on the fact that he got the rose so easily this week validates that rumor…but I’m not too happy about it. Sorry. This week did NOT make JP more appealing in my eyes.
LUCAS: Now that was THE MOST OBVIOUS boot. I don’t think Lucas has a chance against any of those remaining guys. I’m sure he’s a good guy, but he just didn’t have the chemistry and connection with Ashley that the others did. It was the right choice.
And now…the main reason I wanted to watch this week…
EMILY: I still really like her. Man, she was crying from as soon as she stepped out of the car. I felt that she was very genuine and I felt she was really heartbroken about the breakup with Brad. Don’t think she every really SAID what the REAL REASON was for the breakup tho. It was pretty vague (which I’m SURE was deliberate). But obviously they aren’t together anymore. And she never said anything bad about Brad AT ALL, which says a lot about her. Wonder why Brad wasn’t on? Seems like they still have a good relationship, considering…I mean, if they’re still communicating. Cute when Chris brought up how protective Brad is of Emily, and she started to tear up. They obviously have not lost the feelings for one another. It’s just not a relationship that can work, I guess.
On the flip side, one can only guess HOW MANY GUYS are LEAPING off their chairs to stand in line for Emily. Seriously. She’s still GORGEOUS, gotta say. And she still has that southern sweetness about her that’s very likable. Kinda sad that she wasn’t able to find someone and settle down. You can tell that’s really what she wants. I think Emily’s hoping that by doing this interview, she’ll be able to get the press off her back. Umm…THINK AGAIN. They’ll be following her around for a while still, I’m sure. But at least she got to say what she wanted in an environment that’s about as comfortable as any for her (since it’s with Chris Harrison, who she feels she can trust).
Just some quick thoughts about this week’s episode…
BENTLEY: OK. I STILL can’t believe that the show gave him THAT much more airtime by bringing him all the way to Hong Kong to meet with Ashley one more time! My god! That’s totally what he wants! Ugh. Altho I already know his agenda and the fact that he’s not totally genuine, it still irritated me to no end the way he kept dodging Ashley’s questions and kept trying to “leave the door open.” And while I was glad that Ashley FINALLY…and after how many seasons of Bentley this and Bentley that…saw the light and saw thru Bentley, I couldn’t help but feel like…ABOUT TIME! GEEZ! HOW COULD YOU NOT HAVE FIGURED THIS OUT EARLIER?!
LUCAS: This really is the only time I’ve really seen Lucas (I missed the first 2 or 3 episodes)…have they shown more of him before? His one-on-one date was just OK in my opinion. Nothing really outstanding, but nothing bad either. Eh.
JP: Because I missed the beginning part of the season, I didn’t get to see JP’s first one-on-one with Ashley, but that fact really seemed to mak a difference in the type of connection/relationship he & Ashley have. They definitely seemed SO comfortable with each other. Like they’ve been together for a long time now. And I will admit that I DO see what you guys (A & K) see in JP. He is quite sweet and charismatic. Very nice guy who seems very devoted and smitten with Ashley. He took the Bentley news QUITE well, I must say. Which actually kinda did Ashley in…because his reaction made her think ALL the guys were going to react the same way. Boy was she wrong…
THE BENTLEY REVEAL: I thought Ashley revealing to the guys that Bentley was in Hong Kong and that she met with him was a big move. Very risky. And the news didn’t go over as well as she had hoped. I totally don’t blame the guys for getting pissed after finding out. It’s a big blow to their egos, for sure. I can’t believe Ashley didn’t think they would get mad. Especially considering this was HOW LONG ago! It’s not like Bentley JUST left!
Good for Mickey that he left…I mean, if you’re not gonna be able to get past that (and I don’t think he would’ve been able to), you might as well just move on. And a lot of ppl have that “if you are attracted to HIM, then how can you be attracted to ME?!” feeling…and Mickey def was one of those. Blake’s initial reaction, then 180 was interesting. Just seeing Ashley explain herself more and be so emotional made a huge difference to him. But I guess it was a little too late. He was pretty upfront with her about how mad he was about Bentley. Guess she couldn’t take a chance that he would hold that against her.
ASHLEY: I still can’t get myself to love her. She still annoys me a bit. Too emotional and too insecure. I don’t hate her or anything…just don’t love her and am not rooting for her as much as I should.
Oh, but I did like that little scene they showed during the end credits of her and Ben talking about their “doggie voices.” Now THAT was kinda cute. Very real and normal. Glad they showed that side of them.
OK, I’ve now watched two episodes this season…so I have more of an opinion about these guys.
Who I DIDN’T LIKE:

JP: For some reason I just don’t really care for JP. Kris I think you said you liked him…but…eh. He’s not very impressive to me. Doesn’t stand out. Seems like a nice enough guy tho. Sorry.

RYAN P: Ryan’s another one…EH. NL I think you had asked me about him last week? I feel like he’s kind of fake, actually. I don’t know. Don’t get the best and most honest vibe from him.

WILLIAM: One word – BACHI. He used this word to describe himself…and I will say it as well…LOSER! I remember when I first checked out this show and it happened to be William’s one-on-one date with Ashley in Las Vegas…and I already thought it was so lame and weird. But this week…on the 2-1 date! WTH guy?! William was called a 30-year old kid…and THERE WE GO. THROWING Ben C. UNDER THE BUS…what an IMMATURE thing to do. Then after he got booted/rejected, he went into the whole FEEL SORRY FOR ME mode…saying he had nothing to go back to. GIVE ME A BREAK. Good riddance. YOU BLEW IT GUY.
Who I LIKE (and lemme just say that when I say I LIKE THEM, honestly it’s because I think they’re attractive TO ME, not necessarily Ashley
):

BEN F: Ben is probably my one “like pick” that I like FOR ASHLEY. I don’t necessarily find him that attractive (especially with that long hair), but I feel he’s very REAL. Nice, down-to-earth guy. Very genuine. Glad she gave him the rose on the date. He’s definitely worth getting to know better.

CONSTANTINE: I already liked him last week, but still like him this week. Mainly because he’s just SO HONEST and REAL. He was very upfront with Ashley when he said that he doesn’t feel TOTALLY into her yet because he doesn’t know enough about her. And that’s TOTALLY NORMAL and REALISTIC. They DON’T know each other well yet. Good job guy for being honest.

BLAKE: This is the first week I even KNEW who Blake was.
He seems like a good guy. And at least he was honest during the date about not having as much time with Ashley…and his honesty got him the rose! I think he’s worth another round of getting to know. Oh, and another thing…he’s got GREAT TEETH.

AMES: I am SO SURPRISED in myself…but I gotta say…I REALLY like Ames. I think the fact that he IS so preppy and all is really attractive to me. In the muay thai date, I felt really bad for him that he had to fight. I know some people are going to think he’s so weak and kind of a wuss. But come on…I’m much more attracted to someone who would NOT fight rather than BEAT THE CRAP out of someone else. It was such a DUMB DATE, in my opinion. I mean…what did Ashley THINK was going to happen when you make the guys fight against each other?! Guys are NATURALLY competitive. HELL-O! Poor Ames really got beat up by Ryan. But he’s such a gentleman about it. I thought it was cute how he waited ’til all the other guys picked out their colored “outfits” and he got stuck with the pink one. As we always say…it takes a CERTAIN KIND OF MAN to wear/pull off pink.
Then when he came and joined the mingling time after he got out of the hospital and he told Ashley that he couldn’t think of anything romantic to say…I thought just that alone was pretty cute in itself. Sorry…for some reason I’m a bit smitten with Ames. And it’s really weird because physically he’s not really my type…other than the fact that he’s clean cut. But yeah…kinda LIKE HIM.
ASHLEY: Wow. I can’t believe Ashley would just BOOT Ben C. SO FAST like that after William told her that stuff about him. That was UNFAIR in my opinion. YES the fact that he made a joke about the online dating (there’s SOME truth in EVERY joke), but…she didn’t even really give him a CHANCE to explain himself until AFTER he was booted. Not. right.
And W. T. H. STILL on the Bentley thing?! COME. ON. ASHLEY. I’m getting REALLY irritated with it already. And it’s just making her look MORE and MORE pathetic. She’s got some GREAT guys left…and I CAN’T BELIEVE that EVEN THOUGH she doesn’t know what a JERK Bentley is, she would STILL think he’s JUST AS WORTHY as some of these other GREAT guys. What does that say about her taste?!
