Tonight was the annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards. Glee was nominated for Cast in a TV Series, and as usual, the whole cast attended.
Here are the guys:
With Glee being nominated for TV Comedy Series this year again, pretty much the entire cast was in attendance.
We’ll start with the guys…
I know with guys, it’s hard to really judge since they basically all look the same. Glad this year the guys all stayed pretty classic overall. That’s the best look for guys…classic & clean.
Glee was also very prominent at the Teen Choice Awards:
The show won a few awards as well:
Pretty much the entire cast of Glee was at the premiere of their 3D movie.
Yay! More polls! We will start with the guys:
Umm…did Cory & Mark get the same memo? What’s with the plaid suits?
Where was Matthew Morrison?
With the TV shows starting to come back into production, promotion is starting up again. Umm…totally loving it!
Get to see all the stars again! I’ve missed seeing them at all these events…!
Anyway, to start things off…A bunch of the Glee cast members attended the FOX All Star Party:
I’ve missed posting some polls…so yay!
Yay! It’s back! I actually missed it for that week it was gone. Getting into this show.
Just some quick thoughts about this week’s episode:
HARRY SHUM: Considering this week’s theme was DANCE ABILITY, with the exception of Heather, who ELSE from the show could they have gotten?!
Easy call. Harry was very cute, and I KNEW he was going to pick Samuel as the winner of the homework assignment. Could just tell. While Sam isn’t my favorite by a long shot, glad Harry didn’t pick someone who already had actual dancing ability (which isn’t very many of them anyway).
ALEX: Wow, in one episode they totally have moved from Lindsay to Alex. WTH Alex?! “I’ll step back and let OTHERS shine this week.” “I can’t always be the one to step up and be awesome every week.” WHO THE HECK do you think YOU ARE GUY?! Get. Over. Yourself. I couldn’t believe the stuff Alex was saying. He was just being a SORE LOSER because he was SO COCKY about his dance ability, and he DIDN’T WIN. We all knew he was a BIT of a diva, but this week was just RIDICULOUS. He needs to eat a slice (a BIG slice mind you) of HUMBLE PIE. My god. And altho he really has a GREAT VOICE (when he sang I Will Always Love You for his last chance performance, gotta say it was QUITE GOOD), his attitude SHOULD have gotten him booted. I feel like he feels SO ENTITLED, like he’s just MEANT to be on Glee, and that he basically thinks he’s already on the show. Ugh.
SAMUEL: Don’t think that while I hated Alex this week that I loved Sam. Umm…quite the opposite. When he basically STOLE Hannah’s “sk-doosh” line and used it when he was recording vocals with Nikki…and DIDN’T GIVE CREDIT where credit was due, he just dropped even LOWER on the list than he already was. What kind of person does that?! YES it’s a competition, but if you can’t be confident enough to give others credit, you don’t deserve to win. That was just LOW. Felt really bad for Hannah.
MATHEUS: Matheus is JUST BELOW Alex for me as far as irritation level. When he was dancing in the HW assignment and lifted his shirt. Umm…NO. Then when he got all bent out of shape during the video shoot because Zach made him change where he was standing…COME ON GUY. You NEED to be able to take direction and run with it! THEN when he full on STRIPPED during his last chance performance…OMG. There were SO MANY THINGS WRONG with that. Eww. Seeing him without his shirt on? Umm…the only thing I could think of was – put it back on. It may have shown more confidence, but it was NOT appealing AT ALL. Matheus is RIGHT on that line already…just about to fall, but still hanging on.
MCKYNLEIGH: I was sad she left. The amount of sass/attitude/personality she had during her last chance performance of Last Name was more than all the 3 previous weeks put together! She was great! Now WHY can’t she do that ALL THE TIME?! And I gotta say, I LOVE her singing voice. She’s great. Would’ve LOVED to have heard her sing stuff on Glee, but unfortunately a great voice isn’t enough for this show. Too bad. Right when she finally started to show some personality! Too little, too late.
MUSIC VIDEO: Gotta say, the music video turned out quite good compared to the rehearsal stuff we saw. They really pulled it off. Marissa, Hannah & Damien impressed me most in the video. LOVED the part where they showed Marissa shooting her booty shake. LOL. She and Hannah are dark horses in this competition, imo. Better watch out for them.
That was 3 girls in a row now…the girls are dropping like flies. Next week’s “pairability” theme should be interesting…DUETS! And I read that Darren Criss will be returning as the mentor again. Should be fun.
THIS JUST IN! Some pretty big cast changes have just been announced…

Looks like Darren Criss (Blaine) and Harry Shum Jr (Mike) have been upped to season REGULARS this upcoming 3rd season. On the flip side…in what is quite a shocker…Chord Overstreet has NOT been renewed. If anything, he’ll end up doing just some GUEST spots during the season. WHAT?! I’m surprised. Darren & Harry’s statuses aren’t that surprising, since both guys are quite fan favorites. But Chord…I thought he really was popular!
And RIGHT when they gave Mercedes a boyfriend…! We’ll never get to see Sam & Mercedes as a couple now!
Oh well.
I wonder if the fact that they’ve chosen their Glee Project winner has anything to do with this turn of events? Hmm…
Here’s a reel of some bloopers from Glee cast interviews. Very cute.
Enjoy!
A few of the Glee cast showed up at the annual Wango Tango concert over the weekend. Ashley Fink, Harry Shum Jr, Chord Overstreet & Max Adler all attended to support Matthew Morrison, who performed.

I am LOVE LOVE LOVING Chord’s new look. I was JUST saying that he NEEDS to cut his hair…this is way better! Makes him look older. QUITE attractive, imo.

Just some cute interviews with some of the cast answering the question “If I Were a Diva…“
Enjoy!
