FIRST LOOK: Jon’s New Ink

Jon Gosselin recently got a new HUGE tattoo on his back:

• “I have planned this tattoo for years now,” Jon told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. “I wanted something that resembled a rebirth or a change in me.”
• Jon says he picked a Korean dragon because it’s a symbol of rebirth and the circle of life.  “The dragon is all encompassing. It has all parts of the zodiac,” Jon tells RadarOnline.com.
• The tattoo was designed at Never Say Die Tattoo parlor in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Jon’s first session was three weeks ago for six hours, the second took place a week ago and it was eight hours long.
• The names and birth dates of his children are inscribed throughout the tattoo, as is the name Ellen with the date 4/8/10. Ellen Ross is Jon’s most recent girlfriend!
• Jon also says he is now working with a life coach, Sylvia Lafair, to change his life. “I have just completed Section Two of my Total Leadership Connection program,” Jon told RadarOnline.com. WTH does THIS mean?!  WhatEVER…

RIDICULOUS.  GIVE ME A BREAK.  And what’s up with tattooing his CURRENT girlfriend’s name along with his children?!  His kids…OK.  But his “for right now” girlfriend?!  Come on guy!

Jon Trying to Make Peace…NOW?

According to reports today, Jon Gosselin has let go his lawyer whose been recently been trying to help him get primary custody of his kids from Kate.

Jon tweeted today:  “Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq. is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010.  He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.”

“Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably.”

Umm…doesn’t this seem a BIT convenient considering Jon’s tweeting this RIGHT AFTER Kate gets booted from Dancing with the Stars…now that she’s not “hogging” all the limelight anymore.  Hmm…

“I never wanted primary custody, [List] filed for that,” he tells TMZ. “I only wanted a more flexible custody schedule so I could be with my kids.”

All these statements…too conveniently released NOW.  Come on Jon…

THIS JUST IN: Jon Wants Full Custody

Gosh, I can’t believe it has come to this…

According to People, Jon Gosselin plans to sue Kate for FULL CUSTODY of their 8 kids, due to Kate being an “absentee parent.”  Supposedly if he does file, Jon will be seeking primary custody, and may also try to reverse the child support arrangement, which currently has him paying Kate around $21,000/month.

“He wants equal say with custody, equal time, but if the circumstances remain as they are, with Kate being rarely home, Jon wants primary custody of the children,” says lawyer Anthony List Sr., a former assistant U.S. attorney. “He is much better able to spend time with the children.” Umm..yeah…’cause he’s not doing ANYTHING.

“Kate Gosselin can’t have it both ways unless there is some balance, unless there are some opportunities for these eight children to be in her physical presence,” adds List. “Jon wants to spend time with these kids, and she is throwing up road blocks. And the eight children are the innocent victims. This tears Jon up.”

The latest legal wrangling from Jon, 33, comes as Kate, 35, is about to start a publicity campaign for her new book, I Just Want You To Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith and Family, which is set to be released on April 13.

“It’s almost as if he deliberately timed this to sabotage her efforts to promote the book,” says one source close to the book’s publisher. “Now she’s once again going to defend herself as a mom when she should be able to just talk about this project that she worked so hard on.”

Kate’s response?

“I am not willing to comment in public on the custody discussions regarding my children,” Gosselin says in a new statement. “What I will say is this: I am and always will be a mother first, but as a single working mom, I will do everything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others. I can’t believe Jon WANTS FULL custody.  Does he realize what that MEANS?!  To have the kids FULL-TIME?!  Seriously?!  He WANTS that?!  Come on!  You know he’s probably only doing it to “get back” at Kate…she’s getting all the attention right now and is providing for her family with this current “job” of being on DWTS.

As for not being in the “physical presence” of her kids…HELLO?  Who’s the one that had the show MAKE a dancefloor in her HOUSE just so she can be near the kids in PA rather than rehearsing in LA?  She is with them as much as she can, except when she needs to fly to CA to tape the show.

And realistically, Kate’s NOT going to last much longer on DWTS anyway so she’ll be back home in PA before you know it.  It was just like any other business trip, but in a way better because she was back/forth and she rehearsed at home a lot of the time.

This posting may cause a bit of a stir, but imo, Jon’s ridiculous in even attempting to fight for full custody…does he really know what he’s getting into by doing that?!

Jon’s New Girlfriend

Jon Gosselin has a new girlfriend…

Her name is Morgan Christie…a 25-yr old from California. They met while skiing in Utah (Morgan has relatives who live there).  Supposedly because of his previous issues with the press, this time around Jon’s keeper a much lower profile with this new girl.  I’ve been trying to find a picture of Morgan, and this is the only one I could find…not even sure if this is really her:

Oh, and btw…that first picture.  Umm…NOT very flattering. :-/  Who does he think he is with those shades and that coat?!

Jon Gosselin’s apartment ransacked

According to JustJared and TMZ, Jon Gosselin’s NYC apartment was ransacked…and supposedly reports are suggesting that it MAY have been done by Jon’s ex-gf (I didn’t know they had officially broken up), Hailey Glassman.

Based on the articles, his apartment was quite messed up.  There was also a note left behind with Hailey’s signature on it (altho they’re saying ANYONE could have written Hailey’s name down), claiming Jon is “a cheater. “

Jon hasn’t been in that apartment for like a week, as he’s spending the holiday with Kate and the kids.  Hailey supposed had been back there recently to clean out some of her things (which I guess fuels that fact that it COULD have been her who tore up the place).

What a nice Christmas gift for Jon to come home to…

TLC sues Jon

And yet another layer of the Jon Gosselin fiasco…TLC has now sued Jon for breach of contract.

According to this article:

• “…that Gosselin has failed to meet his obligations as an exclusive employee of the network, while appearing on rival networks’ programs for pay and making unauthorized public disclosures about the show”
• The suit is “seeking from Gosselin unspecified compensatory damages and demanding he return income gained as a result of his breaches of the agreement, as well as to refrain from future violations of his contractual agreement.”
• The suit “alleges that Gosselin “in violation of his contractual exclusivity” to his own show, “entered a lucrative arrangement to appear regularly on ‘Entertainment Tonight’ and its companion show, ‘The Insider,’ to discuss his family and the problems he was having with Mrs. Gosselin, and he routinely sold photographic rights to various media outlets ….”
• The lawsuit “claims that he responded with a request to be released from his exclusive arrangement to pursue other paying opportunities while continuing to be compensated by TLC.  When TLC declined to comply with such a release, Gosselin notified TLC that he would attempt to bar TLC’s access to the family property and filming of his children, the suit says, “on the grounds that it is purportedly detrimental to the children.”

Boy…Jon is getting deeper and deeper into his little hole isn’t he?!

Jon Gosselin was ordered to return $180,000 of the money (which originally was $230,000) he took from the join bank account he shares with Kate.

What did Jon think was going to happen?!  That he would “get away” with taking all that money that is SUPPOSED to be for his KIDS?!  HELL-O…!

The newest development in the Jon & Kate divorce battle…CNN has reported that Jon has taken out $200,000 from the joint bank account without Kate’s knowledge.

• This withdrawal was done even after “the court had told them not to take significant amounts from joint accounts without the other’s approval.”
• “Kate learned about the withdrawal after receiving overdraft notices regarding her joint account with her estranged husband. When she inquired with the bank, she was told Jon had removed $200,000, leaving only about $1,000 in the account.”

What is Jon thinking?!  Did he think no one would NOTICE that $200,000 is just missing from their account?!  HELLO?  Gosh…this “story” just gets worse and worse…and is making Jon look worse by the minute…

Jon on Larry King: “I had an epiphany.”

Jon Gosselin (along with his new lawyer) was on Larry King Live last night regarding the whole “cease and desist” action against TLC and the shooting of what WAS his show Jon & Kate Plus 8/Kate Plus 8.

Some highlights of the appearance:

• Jon told Larry regarding his “sudden change of heart” about the filming of his children for the show:  “I had an epiphany one day. I made mistakes. I’m here to apologize to Kate … I apologize to Hailey.” “I didn’t want to be the person I was any more. I had to take back my life….This show is not healthy for my kids…And I want it to stop.”
• “It’s not healthy for my kids to to be on the show. It’s detrimental to them.” – umm…SINCE WHEN?  Wasn’t it JUST on your ABC interview last month that you said that filming your kids was NOT hurting them?  Maybe now since the show has “let you go”…It’s not really YOUR show anymore, so now you suddenly feel differently?
• On TLC:  “Heller claimed TLC made $186 million dollars during the last quarter mainly on the backs of “Jon & Kate.” And Jon said that his family made only $1 million all year from the cable channel.”
• Jon’s lawyer regarding the continuation of the show:  “I guarantee you, it’s a done deal [that the show will not get back on the air]. There’s no judge in the country that will let those children work if the father is against it,” Heller said. “I can assure you and your viewers that this show will not go forward with these eight children.”

• “I’m saddened and confused by Jon’s public media statements. Jon has never expressed any concerns to me about our children being involved in the show and, in fact, is on the record as saying he believes the show benefits our children and was taping on Friday with the kids.”
• “I check in regularly with each of the kids to be sure they want to participate in and continue with the show and will continue to do so. I do the show for my family because I believe it provides us opportunities we wouldn’t otherwise have. Jon used to share that belief until as recently as the day the network announced the name change of the show and indicated that Jon would have a lesser role in the show. It appears that Jon’s priority is Jon and his interests. My priority remains our children and their well being.”

Just a few thoughts about Jon’s interview tonight:

• Jon seemed to be SO JITTERY…did he drink like 10 cups of coffee before this interview?!  It was like he wanted to jump out of his seat when he was answering all the questions.  Very weird…never see him talk like that.  It’s hard to watch him when he’s not all calm and collected.  He was just charging out of the gate, so fueled the whole time!
• He was a bit too defensive.  Yes, this is the first time he’s been able to speak out, but…him being so defensive and accusatory just added to the “bias-ness” of the interview.
• I do feel some of what he said had truth to it (how Kate aliented him from his family, wouldn’t let him hang out with his friends), but…as we’ve gone over before…his demeanor allowed that to happen to him.  We can’t be feeling sorry for him now.  Only NOW he thinks he was a bit passive?!  It only took him almost 10 years to realize that?!
• Chris Cuomo, the ABC interviewer, seemed to not like Jon very much…or at least not agree with some of his reactions/answers.  When he pretty much had to REMIND Jon not to say such mean things about “the mother of your children”…it was like talking to a little boy.  “Now don’t forget…”  “Remember now…”
• Yes, Jon needs to lash out and say his mind…but he does need to remember that his kids WILL see this interview.  Maybe not ’til they’re older, but they WILL SEE IT at some point.  Some of the things he was saying about Kate, his own actions…for the sake of your kids, be selective and tactful in your responses.
• I did feel for him a bit when he teared up talking about Mady/Cara.  I KNOW Jon loves his kids…that’s not in question.  In fact, it never was in question.
• He LOVES Hailey.  No hesitation.  Seriously?!  More than he loved Kate…I guess I could see that.  But…Hailey IS the TOTAL OPPOSITE of Kate.  Of course it’s gonna be appealing.  But soulmate?!  Really?!
• Divorced Dad’s Club?!  You’ve GOT to be kidding me…It’s decisions like that that make his image questionable.  Michael Lohan…Kevin Federline…Talk about losers.  The fact that he said “I don’t know” about doing it means it’s on the table for consideration.  GIVE ME A BREAK.
• Seeing this interview just goes to show no one will REALLY know which of their stories is the truth.  Everyone is going to believe who they want to believe.

BOTTOM LINE:  I think no matter who’s “side” you’re on…or who you believe/trust in this whole thing…one thing we can ALL agree on -  their marriage/relationship is OVER.  ‘Nuff said.

• On Kate:  “I despise her.”
• About Kate’s treatment of him:  “beat me down… like a lame fish”
• Message to Kate:  “Stop feeding into the frenzy”
• “Our relationship will never be fixed”
• On why he doesn’t wear his wedding ring:  “She took my ring” – HUH?  Come on…

BUT…I’ll still watch it of course.

Jon Speaks Out

Supposedly, Jon Gosselin has finally done an official on-air interview which will air on ABC next week.  Us Weekly has posted some excerpts from the interview where Jon explains/claims that Kate abused him (verbally of course) while they were married, etc.

What I don’t like is that Jon is very accusatory towards Kate.  Yes, we all know he can’t stand her anymore.  Which is fine.  But to be constantly just “tattling” the whole time…It’s immature.

If you’ve every watched an interview with Kate, she infers that there are definite things that Jon did, but she never flat out says anything really specifically bad about him.  That’s a more mature way of handling it.  You can TELL she has strong feelings about it, but does she get all “he did this,” “he did that”?  No.

Jon’s Mom

Ever since I’ve been watching Jon & Kate Plus 8, they have NEVER shown Jon’s mom.  They’ve shown pictures/video footage of Jon’s dad…but never his mom.

New pictures have been posted of Jon hanging out with his mom in Las Vegas, when he went to host a pool party at the MGM Grand Hotel.

His mom looks very…as the japanese would say:  “oshare.”  Very showy.  Look at all the kinds of clothes/shoes she wears…and her jewelry.  I guess now we know where Jon gets that from.

Now tell me…This is the SAME guy who said he doesn’t like all the media attention…?!

Sextuplets First Day of School

Just wanted to post some pictures of the Gosselin sextuplets boarding the school bus for their first day of junior kindergarten!

It’s cute how they’re all wearing something different!  No dressing alike anymore…They all have their own personalities now!

They’re such big boys and girls!  They don’t need Mom and Dad to take them to school!  Looks like Jon & Kate both were there to see them off, which was nice.

I was thinking…Something looks different with Jon’s face.  By his eyebrow?  And yes…I was right:

According to Us Weekly, Jon had to get stitches after hitting his head with a kitchen cabinet.  Gosh, that must’ve been a HARD HIT to need stitches…
