Glee‘s Jonathan Groff will be making a guest appearance on The Good Wife!
In a February sweeps episode, Jonathan will play the plaintiff in a lawsuit who sues a software company “after his sister disappears during a peaceful protest in Syria.” It’ll be fun to see Jonathan in a different role from Jesse. 
Jonathan will also be returning to Glee later this season.
Lea Michele attended the premiere of her movie New Year’s Eve (can’t wait to see it!) tonight.

There has been so much talk about Lea Michele & Jonathan Groff being in Broadway’s Spring Awakening before doing Glee…Jonathan actually got nominated for a Tony for his performance in the show, and the show won Best Musical that year as well.
Anyway, thought you might want a little taste of Lea & Jonathan from the show. This is a performance that the cast did for the Tony Awards the year it was nominated. The clip starts off “all Lea,” with her singing one of the signature numbers from the show, “Mama Who Bore Me.” Lea’s pretty flawless…just love her voice. Jonathan gets a little solo later in the video.
I haven’t seen the show, but I have listened to the soundtrack. The music was written by Duncan Sheik, for those of you who know him from his pop solo days. The soundtrack’s a bit…different…but there are a few numbers that are quite oustanding (all of them featuring Lea of course ). The show got a lot of raves for its boldness and creativity, which you can actually pick out just from the musical numbers alone.

As I mentioned earlier, Lea Michele attended The Tony Awards tonight in New York City, where she and fellow Glee co-star Matthew Morrison performed.

Although her boyfriend is part of the cast of Broadway’s Green Day’s American Idiot, looks like her best friend Jonathan Groff was her date:
